Thank you for shopping on orfill.store.

Buy online at orfill.store can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense.

All returned/exchanged items must be returned unwound, undamaged, and unwashed, and all original labels are included in the original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for paying all fees and no refund will be given. You are welcome to exchange as long as you have stock or get a refund.

We do not accept returned items that are sent directly without first notifying us.

Any address on the package is not approved as a return address. Returned packages without a customer service representative authorized return address will not be returned or replaced.

We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) services for returned packages. Return shipping charges for returned packages are not refundable.

Return / exchange process

Step 1: Please contact our customer service representative at zekud.store@gmail.com to request an exchange/return.

Step 2: Upon receipt of your email and a replacement/return request, our customer service representative will email you the return instructions. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week or process an exchange order after receiving the package. We will send you an email after processing your refund or exchange. Just for reference: If your original payment method is a credit card, it will take longer (may take 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company) to process the bank's refund.

cancel the order

If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase, we will provide a full refund. Once you have decided to cancel your order, you should contact us at zekud.store@gmail.com to submit a help ticket. If the order is cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but has not been shipped, we will provide a partial refund after 15% cancellation. We will process the refund within one week of receiving the return package. Just for reference: If your original payment method is a credit card, it will take longer (may take 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company) to process the bank's refund. If the order has been shipped, we will not accept the order cancellation request.
